The staff was always friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable. Also, the location of the hotel is very good as it is close to the city center and to the main spa in the city. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities, and the breakfast they provided was full of lactose and gluten free options.

Distance to Gyula train station was about 20 minutes walk. We loved staying at wellness hotel gyula. Of course, we strongly recommend it to everyone. Location next to statue of petofi and easy access to Gyulavari Kastely.

the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the thermal baths. the indoor pool was clean and nicely heated, making it very comfortable to swim in.

There is no designated smoking area/room, which can make smokers feel like second-rate guests.

Stayed here for the Christmas holidays with family. The rooms were clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was great, close to the main attraction and to shopping areas. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the jacuzzi, as well as the WiFi and the warm atmosphere.

The staff could have been more helpful and friendly, especially during the busy holiday season. The spa area was overcrowded and the sauna was not working properly. the hotel needs to improve its food options and customer service.

The room at Wellness Hotel Gyula was absolutely amazing! It had air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, making it so comfortable and convenient. I loved the private balcony, it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. As an adventure traveler, it was great to have a private entrance for easy access.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the twin/double room a bit lacking. But I understand that others might not mind it at all.
